Take the time to know the puppy, the breeder and the journey before you commit.
Meet the breeder
Ask questions about the puppy’s upbringing, see the parents where possible, and arrange a meeting or video conversation. A verified account is not a guarantee of the puppy’s health or the seller’s conduct.
Read the records
Ask for vaccination, identification and other relevant records. If something is unclear, discuss it with the breeder and your own veterinarian.
Keep communication on your account
Message requests require your approval. You can block a conversation and submit a report from the message panel.
Understand the payment status
Online checkout uses Stripe. Puppy and transport payments are recorded separately. A payment confirmation does not mean the breeder has accepted your application.
